Continuum Force

Continuum Force is a fiction podcast about an elite force of time travelers who discover a terrible truth. The chronicles we’ve known may not be our past, it could have been altered, our memories changed and history itself set on a different path. They investigate these anomalies, traveling to different periods of our ancient past to stop the malevolent enemy trying to write a new chapter in humanity’s story. They are our only defense, heroes of ages ago, today, and the Future.

They are…the Continuum Force.

Visit the official Continuum Force podcast site for even more info. The show is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and wherever else podcasts are heard.

Continuum Force Cast

Richard Kingston as Connor Dannard

Richard Kingston joins the Continuum Force cast in Season 3, taking over as Colonel Connor Dannard.

As far back as Richard Kingston remembers, he always wanted to be an actor. From an FBI agent, to faerie king, and recently as a scientist, Richard’s acting versatility on screen, stage, and on microphone is vast and admired. His experience also goes behind the camera, from videography, directing, fight choreography, and much more. While his pursuit in doing voice-over full-time is paramount, Richard is promised success wherever he goes.

JC De La Torre as Buzz Borman

JC De La Torre brings to life his snarky NASA pilot Buzz Borman.

JC is the creator, head writer and producer of the Continuum Force and the Vampires of White Chapel audio dramas.

De La Torre is also the writer and creator of the comic book series Star Mage (soon to be an animated series).

JC’s previous voice acting credits include the character Rick in Doctor Geek’s Laboratory and various background characters in Vampires of White Chapel.

JC and Rita are a husband and wife team of filmmakers, writing, directing and producing the feature film Seekers of the Lost Worlds (now available on Amazon Prime) and are the driving force behind all of the various projects on the Transmissions From Atlantis Network.

Together they also host a Doctor Who Instant Cast, Transmissions From Gallifrey, with fellow Continuum Force actor, Dr. Scott Viguié.

When JC and Rita aren’t creating, they’re off on travelling on an adventure looking for historical books or antiques or at Disney pleasing their inner child.

Dr. Scott Viguié as Eli Sherzberg

Dr. Scott Viguié holds two doctorate degrees and is an archaeologist, attorney, actor and author which of course makes him perfect for the role of archaeologist Eli Sherzberg.

Before his wife will permit him to go back to graduate school, yet again, he will have to promise to move on to something that starts with a “B”. As luck would have it, Scott is also the first bionic man. Well, … not exactly.

In reality, Scott was one of the first to undergo extensive orthopedic surgery to compensate for cerebral palsy. While these cutting edge techniques did in fact grant him the ability to walk, making him better … stronger … faster, his new abilities did not in fact come with the cool sound effects. So began a lifelong obsession with science, technology, and the science fiction that inspires them.

Scott’s love of all things science fiction and fantasy can be heard on various podcasts, including Transmissions From Gallifrey,  Articles of the Shadow ProclamationEarth Station One, and Earth Station WhoScott is also one of the writers for Continuum Force, pinning several of the episodes.

Throughout the year, Scott travels the convention circuit, appearing at such conventions as Dragon*con, Time Lord Fest, and TimeGate, where he can be seen participating in Doctor Who related panels and speaking on such topics as “The Archaeology of Stargate”.

Scott established Doctor Geek’s Laboratory and Doctor Geek’s Science Fair in the hope that it would encourage a rekindled sense of optimism for the future. That it would bring about enthusiasm for innovation. That it would bring the fictional world of tomorrow, one step closer to today.

Scott is also a consultant for the Science & Entertaiment Exchange, a volunteer network based out of Los Angles that connects productions with experts who can add a little science to the fiction.

Jessie Johnson as Lesley “Ace” Barber

Jessie Johnson is making her professional debut in Continuum Force as the spirited string theorist, Lesley “Ace” Barber.

While new to voice acting, she spent her childhood doing various musical theater productions and competitions through her school choir. From a young age, she was instilled with both a love of science fiction and adventuring, which makes her the perfect fit for this production.

Boyd Barrett as General Killian O’Shaunessy

Boyd Barrett takes on the role as the ranking commanding officer of Continuum Base, General Killian O’Shaunessy, a gritty, tough Texan.

Boyd Barrett has decades of experience on stage, including productions in high school and college, traveling nationwide during the 1970s as part of the theatre troupe His Players, and hundreds of performances of his one-man shows throughout the Southwest, most notably his Trouble in Lincoln County.

Boyd has most recently been seen on stage in Roswell, NM. His last three roles with the Roswell Community Little Theatre were Tevye in  Fiddler on the Roof in 2012, King Henry II in The Lion in Winter in 2015, and Daddy Warbucks in Annie in 2016. He was the Bishop plus one performance as Javert in Way Way Off Broadway’s production of Les Miserables in 2015 and portrayed King Triton in ENMU-Roswell’s The Little Mermaid in 2016.

In 2017 he again worked with Way Way Off Broadway as the Narrator/Mysterious Man in Into the Woods and Arvide Abernathy in Guys and Dolls. Boyd is also an active part of Roswell’s film community. The Roswell Sci-Fi Digital Shootout awarded him Best Actor in 2011 for his work in the short film Reset and Best Screenplay in 2013 for Tailed. In 2018 he co-wrote and co-starred in the short film Silo. He produced an audio drama called Roswell B.C. – Before the Crash, and is creating Come and Seean immersive surround sound audio treatment of the life of Jesus. Boyd is a real estate appraiser. He and his wife, Kathy, have two children and seven grandchildren.

Calliope Collacott as CTC Sally

Every good sci-fi adventure needs it’s A.I. and in Continuum Force, it’s CTC Sally. Playing the voice of Sally is podcaster, voice actor, and Information professional  Calliope Collacott.

Calliope has previously lent her voice to various characters in Dr Geek’s Lab and podcasts such as Articles of the Shadow Proclamation. A fan of dance related shows, Calliope actually once placed in a dance competition herself.

She will probably ask if she can pet your dog.

Debbie Viguié as Shiran Sherzberg

NY Times Best Selling author Debbie Viguié lends her voice to bring to life the character of Shiran Sherzberg.

Debbie is one of the most prolific authors in the business with an astounding 10 series and over 50 books in print, including the very popular Wicked series and Crusade, both written with co-author Nancy Holder, as well as Witch Hunt.

Much of Debbie’s writing has a dark edge to it, including her retold fairy tales, her latest being Abracadabra, a magical urban fantasy and Robin Hood: Demon’s Bane, a darker, mystical telling of the Robin Hood story (co-written with James Tuck).

In addition to her epic dark fantasy work Debbie also writes thrillers including the insanely popular Psalm 23 Mysteries, the Kiss trilogy and the adventure series, Tex Ravencroft (co-written with Dr. Scott Viguié).

Debbie has also lent her amazing writing skills to Continuum Force, penning several episodes for the series.

Debbie’s voice acting experience includes playing the dastardly Claire in Doctor Geek’s Laboratory and she was one of the stars of the feature film, Seekers of the Lost Worlds, where she played the villain Clairius. There is no truth to the rumor that the name Shiran translates from Hebrew to the name Claire.

When Debbie isn’t busy writing she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, visiting theme parks. They live in Florida with their cat, Schrödinger.

Rita De La Torre as Denise Cox

Rita De La Torre tackles the role of the engineer for the Continuum Force, Lt. Denise Cox.

Rita’s previous voice acting experience includes the character Sam in Doctor Geek’s Laboratory as well as starring as Detective LaRissa Cantello in Vampires of White Chapel.

Together, Rita and JC also host a Doctor Who Instant Cast, Transmissions From Gallifrey, with fellow Continuum Force actor, Dr. Scott Viguié.

When Rita and JC aren’t creating, they’re off on travelling on an adventure looking for historical books or antiques or at Disney pleasing their inner child.
